The Journal for Health Research and Society (JHRS) is a peer-reviewed open access international research journal that publishes perspective, review, and research articles in the following disciplines and areas:

JHRS aims to contribute towards the development of these disciplines and areas through publication of high quality articles. Manuscripts submitted must be original, not under consideration in other research journals, and never been published. They go through the double-blind peer review process.
The JHRS is annually published twice in June and December starting 2023. Its assigned ISSNs are 2599-4387 (print) and 2651-8279 (online). It is published by the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Extension (OVCRE) of Mindanao State University - General Santos.
