Journal of Health Research and Society
The Journal of Health Research and Society (JHRS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access research journal published by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, Extension, and Innovation, Mindanao State University–General Santos. Published biannually since 2024, the journal publishes high-quality interdisciplinary research addressing the biological, social, environmental, and policy dimensions of health.
JHRS welcomes contributions in public health and epidemiology, health systems, policy and governance, social determinants of health, and translational biomedical sciences. Through the dissemination of rigorous and impactful scholarship, the journal aims to advance scientific knowledge, inform evidence-based decision-making, foster health innovation, and improve population health and societal well-being.
